Unless otherwise noted, all events are held UPSTAIRS at our "Over The Moon" Studio at the Crescent Moon Wellness Center.

Events must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit. We’re unable to offer credits or refunds for late cancellations or missed events. Refunds for online bookings are available upon request, with a $5 credit card fee.
Sound Healing Journey

Somatic Breath Journey

Join Paige for a one-hour breath journey designed to help you step out of the constant noise of the mind and reconnect with the deeper intelligence of your body and heart.
Through somatic movement, conscious connected breath and integration, we’ll create a space to slow down, listen onward and reconnect with the parts of you that often get quieter beneath the pace of everyday life.
As the breath deepened, we’ll explore what becomes available when we give ourselves permission to soften our grip, follow sensation, and listen for what wants to emerge- whether that’s a new perspective, a sense of clarity, creative energy, or simply a deeper connection to yourself.
This is an invitation to come back to your own inner rhythm, make space for what’s here, and reconnect with the things that want to move through you and into the world.
No previous breathwork experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are.
A little preparation: Come with a relatively light stomach. Avoid large meals 1-2 hours before the journey. Bring a water bottle, a layer in case you get cold, and wear comfortable clothing.
This workshop is led by Paige Klumb. Paige is a certified Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator, mind-body coach, Chi Nei Tsang bodyworker, and yoga teacher who has spent the past three years teaching internationally across Southeast Asia and India.

Rent Our Studio
Our "Over The Moon" Studio is the perfect place for your private event. The cozy, intimate space offers a 425 sqft space with 25ft ceiling and picture window with views of beautiful Geneva Lake.
We welcome any like-minded individuals, looking for a space to practice, teach, learn, share wisdom, unite, and create peace. The studio can accommodate many different needs, such as asana classes, reiki, energy work, Tai Chi, sound healing, meditation ceremonies, art classes & book clubs. Rental by the hour.
