Unless otherwise noted, all events are held UPSTAIRS at our "Over The Moon" Studio at the Crescent Moon Wellness Center.

Events must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit. We’re unable to offer credits or refunds for late cancellations or missed events. Refunds for online bookings are available upon request, with a $5 credit card fee.
Yoga at Kishwauketoe Arboretum With with Alison

Forest Bathing at Grassway Organics with Cindy

Forest bathing (or shinrin-yoku in Japanese) is a gentle, guided walk designed to calm your mind and nurture well-being. It is not a hike or naturalist talk but rather an experience of immersing yourself in nature. You will be asked to leave your cell phone and watch behind, and to allow the healing power of the natural world to improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Open to anyone age 16 and over. Must be able to walk at least two miles and be able to get up and down from the ground. Wear sturdy shoes and socks; use bug and tick spray; bring water and wear sunscreen and a hat.

Summer Solstice Yoga & Sound Healing Journey

Celebrate the arrival of summer with a transformative event designed to honor the sun’s peak energy and invite balance, clarity, and renewal. Join us in welcoming the longest day of the year with a practice that nurtures body, mind, and spirit.
Event Highlights:
- Intention Setting: Begin with a brief meditation to set personal intentions, aligning your energy with the solstice’s abundant light.
- Breathwork Practice: Engage in guided yogic breathwork to release tension and cultivate inner harmony.
- Gentle Yoga Flow: Move through a restorative yoga sequence, incorporating slow, mindful movements to open the body and calm the mind.
- Sound Bath Immersion: Lie back and absorb the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, and chimes, facilitating deep relaxation and energetic alignment. Experience a powerful vibrational foot bowl treatment.​
Please bring a yoga mat and bolster or cushion, blanket and eye pillow for comfort, journal and pen for reflection and a water bottle. ​Space is limited, so reserve your spot now for this intimate experience.

Speak Your Peace-Mindful Conversations Workshop with Jennifer

Summer is a time for gathering with friends and family, a time for celebration and connection. But this can also bring conflict and challenging conversations. In this masterclass, we will explore an integrative approach to conflict resolution that weaves the foundations of NonViolent Communication (NVC) with a mindful, embodied presence to cultivate the tools needed to remain steady while we speak our peace and listen in love.
All are welcome. No experience needed. Together we will be invited to breathe, move, and be together. Session to include presentation, somatic practice, and reflection. Please bring a yoga mat, journal, and an open heart.

Safe Inversions Workshop with Missy

Do you like going upside down? Have you always wanted to perfect or learn how to do an inversion? Do things like handstands, head stands, shoulder stands or even legs at the wall float your boat? Come to this workshop and learn the basics or perfect your technique in all levels of inversions. Beginners to regular yogis encouraged and invited.

Thai Massage Partner Workshop with Nikelle

Join us for a relaxing and engaging 90-minute Thai massage workshop designed for beginners. Come with a partner and a mat as we explore the foundations of this ancient bodywork practice. You’ll learn simple, effective techniques to support each other’s relaxation, flexibility, and ease of movement. No experience necessary—just a willingness to connect, breathe, and move together.

Our "Over The Moon" Studio is the perfect place for your private event. The cozy, intimate space offers a 425 sqft space with 25ft ceiling and picture window with views of beautiful Geneva Lake.
We welcome any like-minded individuals, looking for a space to practice, teach, learn, share wisdom, unite, and create peace. The studio can accommodate many different needs, such as asana classes, reiki, energy work, Tai Chi, sound healing, meditation ceremonies, art classes & book clubs. Rental by the hour.
